APPEARANCE & PERSONALITY …
Eyes • Gold
Hair • Golden Rose — long, straight hair that hangs down past her backside an inch or two.
Height • Five foot (5”)
Weight • 118lbs
Other Appearance Characteristics • As a twin, Fa'rielle is facially identical to her sister and rather close in stature, but the similarities end there. Reflecting the nature of her element, light, she is fair skinned with light hair, long and rose-gold in colour — it hangs down just beyond her backside. Normally loose, she is known to fold it in the form of a long braid when needed to keep it from her face or simply to give herself something to do. She is petite and slim, managing to just barely reach the height of five foot even. Like her sister, Fa'rielle is humanoid in appearance within a world where creatures of several different aspects are born and bred. As such, she has two arms and legs, five fingers and toes on each hand and foot. Whom she looks like as far as parentage goes is a mystery as the spirits of light and darkness were not birthed but created via the crystal, Noxiis. As a spirit and demi goddess, she is considered to be immortal though there are dark whispers spread by a being known as Ozméiis that there is a method in which the being of light can be destroyed in order to fill a prophecy in which the darkness will overcome the world of Ché'Eres.
Personality • She is as soft within as she is on the outside, gentile to a fault and perhaps far too kind for her own well being. She is considered to be a maiden of purity and as a spiritual being of light, she is ( technically ) incapable of being tainted by the darkness. In part, this inability is due to Fa'rielle having been cut off from most other beings save for the use of a trinket within the Angeluus Realm called the ir'alas vaskúr — a large, ornate basin of blessed water which can be used only by those considered to be "pure of heart." Using the basin is the only method in which Fa'rielle is capable of monitoring the world below, Ché'Eres. With it, she spends a great deal of time looking out for the beings that are considered children of light and although she cannot interfere with their lives, she is pleased to be a "part" of them in some measure.
A being whom embodies several virtuous aspects, Fa'rielle is abundant in compassion, kindness, forgiveness and mercy — though she falls flat in some traits such as equanimity and humanity itself. She lacks a comprehensive understanding of the "inner workings" to the human condition which is likely due to having never properly lived among them. As such, she is unfamiliar with social stigmas and even some typical colloquialisms that normal beings would have no issues being a part of. Equanimity is of great difficulty to her as she is a being of solitude and therefore has experienced little pain, high emotions and other phenomena that which could set her mental and psychological composure off. She is, of course, mentally stable for the most part but having little exposure to negativity ( aside from the knowledge that her sister has it in for her ) and its impact on the mind, body and spirit could yield unknown results from her soft personality. She is somewhat naive due to the lack of exposure with those around her, however, less so than she would have one believe.
Fa'rielle is regarded as a being of all things good and a protector of light by the humans and other races whom follow the "walk of light" in Ché'Eres. Although being given the title of guardian by those whom pray for the light's guidance, Fa'rielle is anything but a good protector in terms of fighting. She does monitor the remains of the crystal that shattered upon her creation ( along with her sister ) but that is a mindless task to her as those whom are considered anything but pure of heart cannot step foot within the Angeluus Realm. That being said, she is capable with magicks that are at her disposal, however, the spirit has a difficult time with the thought of causing pain or bringing harm unto others. She also has never really had the need to use her magicks against other beings so she isn't entirely certain the effects they might have on beings when inflicted with her spells. Fa'rielle is also far too merciful and forgiving for her own good. While good personality traits to have — they are easily used against her: most notably by her sister.
It should be noted that in spite of her solitude, Fa'rielle holds propriety in high regard. She speaks with a sense of dignity and decorum albeit generally rather soft in tone. The rarity of a harsh or sharp tongue is just that: not heard often at all. Typically, Fa'rielle is rather poised albeit fluid in her movements as though it takes little effort at all to walk, move or perform even the smallest of tasks — although having never left the Angeluus Realm it's difficult to say whether or not that fluidity would remain were she to attempt performing the tasks of the other beings of her world ( i.e. cleaning, cooking, etc. ) There is a softness in most if not all things that she does, for example, she makes precious little noise when she walks, almost gliding in a sense.
As a being of higher ascension than the humans and other creatures living on Ché'Eres, Fa'rielle has no need to eat nor to sleep, though can do so should the desire be there. It's simply not a necessary part of her day to day routine, which, is usually just monitoring the people of the world below whilst maintaining an ever watchful eye on the shattered remains of the crystal from whence she and her sister came, the Noxiis.
SKILLS, POWERS, DEVICES, ETC. …
Skills • As far as natural abilities that aren't of the paranormal sort, Fa'rielle is lacking. Unless one can count the uncanny skill to forgive and forget, as well as her seemingly unyielding kindness. Compassion and empathy are in all honesty her most innate skills and even those are slightly stunted due to having lived a rather solitary life. With no parents to teach her of the worlds below, Fa'rielle has learned most of the names of creatures, races, cities, countries and individuals via research through the use of the ir'alas vaskúr. Without it she would be all the more lacking in growth.
The only skill one can claim to be her own via her "birth" would be the ability to sing uncannily well. She has, embarrassingly, been depicted as being akin to a siren via the creators of Life and Death, Fa'shiral and Fa'i'praese. Which is an all but useless skill though it has been known to aid her in passing the time and giving her something other than the basin as well as the Noxiis to give her attention to now and then.
Beyond such, her skill set is limited to the abilities she was granted when created due to being a spirit of Light and a demi goddess.
Powers • Omnilingualism • Defined as an ability to instantly learn, speak and understand any language fluently. Fa'rielle is able to, via listening to even a fraction of a sentence spoken in another language, pick up the entire language fluently. No physical contact is needed in order to pick up the new tongue nor is there any sort of "translator" metaphorically within the air. It's assumed that this is just an innate ability for multilingualism though rarely, if at all, used. The only two languages generally spoken by the demi goddess are the words of the Angeli and common. While not practiced much the skill is there should it be needed.
Seeress • Clairvoyance, another natural ability of hers, is generally used to attempt answering the prayers of any children of light that Fa'rielle can spare her time unto. She generally cannot access the deliverance of this gift unless she is able to use the ir'alas vaskúr as it is the only means in which she can "communicate" with the world below the Angeluus Realm. In spite of the added need of the ir'alas vaskúr, Fa'rielle is capable of prophetic dreams albeit incomplete divinations during those times as it is rare she even records a dream having little to no need for sleep.
Darkness Perception • She has the ability to sense darkness around her person. Such as, someone inherently dark ( like her sister ) would not be able to hide themselves from her due to being able to perceive the darkness. She can't do anything with this ability other than to sense those around her. The more creatures of the dark around her, the more powerful the sense becomes ( i.e. if one person is around, she'll sense their dark spirit. if two or more, the darkness will culminate and will be perceived more and more strongly. ) It should be noted that there aren't any specific "levels" of darkness she can sense but she will be able to tell someone if a person is particularly powerful or more. ( i.e. her sister is a demi-goddess / incarnation of darkness and so she would be able to inform persons of her being particularly strong in connection to the dark versus someone who believes in the darkness vaguely whom might just be a small presence to her. )
Elemental Manipulation • Fa'rielle has two innate elements that mirror those of her sister. As a spirit of light, she is capable of manipulating the proverbial light though it emits in golden "light" when she does. Her secondary element is water. Both of which she controls rather fluidly though having never used either magicks on targets that aren't innate in some sense, she is uncertain ( herself ) what they might do to groups or individuals whom might be unlucky enough to be struck with either magick spells.
Water Elemental Control • Expanding on the above "power," Fa'rielle is capable of total water manipulation. This means that she is capable of creating water from ( seemingly ) absolutely nothing as, one is aware, there is water within the air. She is capable of multitudes of water attacks, an example of this can be blasts of water from her palms ( akin to jet streams ) as well as the formation of protective bubbles to defend herself as well as allies. Flood creation and tidal wave creation are both something she can also cause to happen, however, due to the large nature of both these aspects of her talents it should be noted that she cannot create either of these without a large body of water ( pond, lake, river, ocean, etc. ) around in order to create the vast amounts of water needed. She is able to create whirlpools and vortexes of water as well though a body of water is not needed for either one as they are considered lesser magicks.
Manipulation of water pressure is something that is foreign to her and in spite of controlling the element, Fa'rielle is not immune to drowning. She will not "die," but it will be unpleasant. Even as an immortal being, Fa'rielle is in need of breath. She can be temporarily bested if held beneath the water as the loss of air is draining on her body and would cause a struggle to regain control of the situation. She is capable of splitting water ( parting rivers, lakes, etc. ) and very nearly any other aspect of hydromancy that one can think of.
Light Elemental Control • This should not be confused with something akin to lightning or thunder manipulation. Fa'rielle is able to harness purity itself which typically releases in the form of luminescent golden light. She had practiced this art via the assistance of the creator of life, Fa'shiral. It shows itself in the form of beams of light from her palms, orbs of light hovering in the air around herself as a form of barrier, projectile blasts from her hands and several other variations. The most powerful spell learned is a large wave of light that acts as a barrier, it's risen and then can be projected in said wave which is the best method to repel the darkness, among other elements entirely.
She is also capable of forming spirit bombs in the form of light which, when detonated, create a blinding flash of vibrant light though it's all sound and fury signifying nothing. That is to say, it's generally used as means to escape a dire situation to regroup and heal if needed.
The light is considered to be the strongest form of magick within the worlds of Angeluus, Ché'Eres and Daeiuus. It should be noted that several of these spells can and will hurt, injure and possibly destroy person(s) if the magicks connect. However, Fa'rielle is not a master of the water manipulation spells and thus can falter with the magicks. She is, however, the deity of light and has mastered those spells. As a result, her sister cannot kill her via the means of her own dark magicks and this is why she seeks a new method to destroy the light.
Healing • It's unknown whether she can project her healing powers onto others. Fa'rielle is capable of what is coined as "rapid regeneration" and thus is rarely ever hurt, sick or capable of being destroyed. The healing factor generally fixes any troubles faster than they can be afflicted which makes her rather difficult to attack. This is either due to being a spirit or an immortal demi goddess.

HISTORY
In the beginning, the goddess originator, Fa'shiral birthed the worlds: Ché'Eres and Angeluus. She brought to life the lands and the beings but as time progressed, things grew stagnant and familiar. Over time, light and dark were simply whispers muttered in the tales told to babes, stories that were fabricated to maintain the imagination of all beings. They were proclaimed as elements of day and night. However amusing life was, over time, the worlds halted going forward due to the continuity of all things: everything was equal, all walks of life remained eternal. This was thought to be the height of peace due to the lack in despair, war and other unnecessary darkness.
Some beings, however, the keres and manes most notably were unhappy with the lack in ramifications for those whom they considered lesser beings. Why should all walk the line of eternity hand in hand when some beings, in their eyes, were better than others? Bitter, the keres and manes began to form ranks among themselves. Separation ensued, they created borders and barriers to bar themselves apart from the others among the lands of Ché'Eres with the poisonous radical thoughts that led them to thinking of things such as war.
All seeing even without the use of the ir'alas vaskúr, Fa'shiral monitored their growth with worry and fear. Life, as it was her ability to grant to any and all things, was incapable of halting said state of being. With the threats of war on teetering on the edge of her reality, Fa'shiral was forced to create another originator: the goddess of destruction and death: Fa'i'praese. Benevolent in nature, her "sister" was sent to the lands of Ché'Eres to put an end to the threats of war.
This was not to be so.
New to life and those walking among it, Fa'i'praese was easily manipulated and lost to the darkness that she was representative of, she joined the ranks of the manes, keres and other beings whom joined their plight in taking up arms against her sister. Fa'shiral, unable to combat death herself, selected a portion of the beings she considered to be worthy and they were granted magicks of light. Given a new name as angeli, they were moved from Ché'Eres to the land above, Angeluus, with Fa'shiral herself where they trained with their newly gained powers as the army below did the same. When the dark army thought the time was right, after many months of planning, training and strategy: they attacked. Beings whom had never suffered the wrath or pain of others before were consumed with terror and rage at the forced combat. With death a new aspect of life, hume, keres, manes and the newly formed angeli were slain.
This war, which would come to be known as Ché sarn'niv fa Naraa ( or The Coming of Blood, ) went on for several years. The angeli, when slaughtered, would be reborn — granted a renewal of life from Fa'shiral herself to keep facing combat. Realizing they were battling an army that would literally never remain dead, Fa'i'praese led her infantry to a most beautiful valley of green grass. It is said that on the way to what was eventually mourned as Praese Vallur ( dead valley, ) Fa'i'praese returned to her original state of being. Speculation on how this happened remains even within present day of Ché'Eres as it was never properly explained. The tale thus goes: she returned to her normal state of being without the malice she had been manipulated into feeling whence she watched the golden light bathe the fallen angeli upon the battlefield in its glow. It was the shock her darkened system seemed to need in order to remove her from the poisonous grasp of the keres, manes and their other armed forces.
Fa'i'praese, back to her senses, feigned agreeing with their plight and perhaps cruelly led them to their own slaughter. Once she had reached the beauty of the valley, she turned on her manipulators, using the gifts she had been granted for death in her creation. The infantry held no chance to stay her. The goddess of death personified, Fa'i'praese made quick work of the army and, sullen at the need for the loss, she remained with them until their bodies slowly became one with the earthen land. It turned the vibrant greens of the valley to dead, dark shades of grey and brown. A self created penance for allowing the war to happen, she remained there for years and years until every last one had disappeared into the ground. When finally they were all lain to rest, Fa'shiral created a new world beneath the ground: Daeiuus, the land of the dead albeit filled only with those whom had malice within their hearts.
With the war now over, Fa'shiral granted mercy to the angeli whom had fought and died countless times over the years. They were reformed into what the world now sees as its most beautiful stars and put to rest. The land of Angeluus was once more emptied save for the goddess of light herself. As one pure of heart could only enter Angeluus, Fa'i'praese was no longer welcome there. Having seen the error of her ways and yet still impure from the magnitude of deaths upon her hands, Fa'i'praese was eventually hidden in the aether with her sister, Fa'shiral. There, the sisters deciding that guidance for the light and the dark needed to become a part of life for the creatures of their worlds. Eternity had now ended thanks to the creation of death which brought fear of the unknown. Together, Fa'shiral and Fa'i'praese formed a beautiful crystal with their blessings etched over its glimmering shell. It was brought to Angeluus where it remained until the day it would shatter opened to reveal the guardian spirits of light and darkness.
The Noxiis, as the crystal was called, was revealed to the humes as well as the remaining keres and manes. Fa'shiral spoke to the communities of Ché'Eres of hope for the guardians that would, eventually, rise from the crystals shards. It was depicted as a holy relic that would deliver the populace with the means to keep the balance of peace where she and her sister had failed. Over time, the whispers of light and dark were soon spoken of louder and louder. The Noxiis was widely regarded as a gift that would save them from any future wars with the deliverance of its holy guardians and for the most part, widespread attacks did come to a close. The races split: humes along with some of the keres and manes whom disagreed with their ancestors, remained in the lighter areas of the world while those who disagreed with the end of the war hid in its shadows.
And all things were, for better or worse, peaceful once again.
Centuries after its creation the Noxiis finally began to break apart, fissures tainted its beautiful shell until it shattered and left only shards of crystal in its wake. Emerging from within were two wisps of magicks: one vibrantly illuminated in a bright gold and one luminescently glowing in a deep, dark purple. Moments after their birthing, the wisp of darkness was thrust from the realm of angeli, unworthy of its puritan ways due to being the incarnation of darkess. It was forced through dimensions until it landed within Daeiuus and reformed into the figure of a beautiful woman, she took on the name Étrei'os shiral'nt fa Ir'vathe ah'ind Étreiuus. Above, similarly, the wisp of light magicks reformed into a being of beauty herself. They were very nearly identical save for their colour schemes which matched their elements — unknown to them until later in life. Fa'rielle shiral'nt fa Pasiu ah'ind Rielle, as she would come to be known, remained in solitude within the heavenly world of Angeluus.
Via means of the ir'alas vaskúr, a large and ornate basin containing waters blessed by Fa'shiral herself, Fa'rielle was capable of monitoring the worlds beneath her own. Ché'Eres rejoiced when the goddess Fa'shiral announced that the guardian spirits had finally emerged from their crystal cocoon. Unfortunately for her sister, Étrei'os was widely seen as negative due to the darkness and thus ( incorrectly, in the beginning ) assumed to be evil.
Both spirits were visited by their respective goddesses. Each were given the same tale: with time as they progressed in maintaining the light and its shadows, they would eventually come together as one, new goddess: Etriis, the goddess of balance. It would, however, take time as neither sister could meet with one another in their respective worlds. Fa'rielle was without malice to tread the underground of Daeiuus and Étrei'os was lacking in virtues to be permitted within Angeluus. Both would have to work on themselves to balance one another, eventually to be joined as one. They were essentially tasked with understanding the other before they could be brought together as one, new being.
With time, Fa'rielle became seen as a holy spirit. Humes gathered around great recreations of the Noxiis carved from stone within the halls of holy houses. They took on the name of "children of light" and prayed to their demi goddess for aid, protection and love. Fa'rielle granted what she could to those when she was able and though she'd never walked among those dwelling upon Ché'Eres, they knew she was ever watching them.
For a long time, there was harmony in the lands. With both spirits working in tandem albeit never present with one another. Fa'rielle grew to adore the sister she was unable to meet with while, unknown to her, Étrei'os grew bitter and loathing. Fa'rielle was celebrated whilst Étrei'os was hidden in the shadows, longing for the same love her sister was given. Surrounded by the wisps and spirits of the dead whom had been massacred by Fa'i'praese, Étrei'os was eventually visited by a particular manes that had been a part of the great war. She was spoken to of a manner in which she could kill her sister and become the singular goddess on her own. Without Fa'rielle, there could be no balance, but she could become the goddess of darkness and shadow.
Ozméiis, as he was called, appeared in one of Fa'rielle's visions though it was during a rare dream state and therefore muddled rather heavily. She could see the hate in his dark eyes, that he spoke to her sister but knew not what was being discussed. She roused from the vision with a feeling of dread. She had duties to attend to however the sensation remained with her and would for several months culminating to years as her sister worked with the manes man trying to locate what would, apparently, kill an immortal demi goddess. The difficulty would be entering the Angeluus realm as it was forbidden due to her impure heart.
Over the years, Fa'rielle continued to monitor and aid where she could and the feeling of dread slowly became a thing of the past. Her days were solitary save for the few visitations from Fa'shiral herself to aid in developing the spirit's skills. She shared laughs and love with the humes although they went unheard by the children of light. She shared their tears, their fears and provided company though unseen. Fa'rielle grew to adore the humes, even the keres and manes whom had taken to the light were among those she loved with ease. The longer she watched over her people, the more she forgot about her sister and the unease the eyes of the manes, Ozméiis, gave her.
Eventually, her twin sister would do the unthinkable. Whilst monitoring the worlds below, the waters of the ir'alas vaskúr which were typically still and unmovable, began to ripple. Surprised, Fa'rielle would approach to inspect only to see a reflection of herself: albeit darkened. It was unmistakably her sister, Étrei'os. She had never been able to find her via the ir'alas vaskúr before. To her shock, her sister had found her first. The same feeling of dread prickled at the back of her mind but Fa'rielle was pleased to see her. Perhaps it meant they were able to reform into Etriis. It had been some few centuries after all. Unable to communicate via the blessed waters, Fa'rielle simply admired the power of her sister until Étrei'os took on a dark expression. It had not been a weapon she spent so long looking for but a tool: a mirror bound with magicks that would allow her to breech the basin. Her arm extended through the glass that reformed into the water and, with rage blinding her mind, Étrei'os dug her nails into the throat of her sister. She clenched and the unfamiliar sensation of fear gripped at Fa'rielle. Her own hands grasped for that of her sister, trying to pry the fingers from her neck where her windpipe slowly felt as though it were being crushed. Just as swiftly as it felt broken it would heal. They would be locked in this death grip, literally, forever if Étrei'os did not give up.
It was only an example of her power, though. She made the promise of a threat to her sister: once strong enough, she would breech the realm of angeluus and once there, would use one of the Noxiis shards to kill Fa'rielle. Freed from her sister's grasp and left with the promise of her own demise, Fa'rielle was left with her thoughts on the matter. As she is unable to leave Angeluus, slowly it dawned on her that she would be living in a world wherein she would, eventually, at the hand of her sister, die. In spite of the dread — she forgave her sister. She would forgive every single future attempt on her life, too, until it would finally happen that she would, inevitably, face her death as Fa'rielle was unable to return any blows given to her by Étrei'os. She would, eventually, die.
