literally no bigger dweeb that i know who could beat out steve's status as one. he's alright, just needs to loosen his tie every now and again. i do appreciate him having my back and all, hate to just randomly kick the bucket on his watch — he'd be so damn guilty. (oops, language.)

been through a lot together but not enough, apparently. he'll choose an ex-popscicle over anyone else: better keep that in mind before getting too close to him. he'll stab you in the back with your own knife if it's to save that asshole. i understand wanting to keep your friends close, especially the ones you thought were lost but i didn't realize that mean goody two shoes would be bending the law to do so. just how far we fall when the odds are stacked against our "friends," huh?

j.a.r.v.i.s. is a king among men and he's not even human. i managed to incorporate his a.i. into a pre-existing iron-man suit rather nicely. i honestly couldn't talk about j.a.r.v. enough, there's a lot to say about a man who's been taking care of yourself for years and years, even before he had arms to do it better. he's about the only person i'd trust with mia so i'm glad they found one another. without him, i wouldn't have gotten he to a safe spot and without him continng to be around, i think i would have lost myself sooner than i had.

he's a good lab partner, too. although now that the shrapnel is gone, i don't need quite as much help anymore. no need for an extra set of anything if there's no heart in need of replacing — plus f.r.i.d.a.y. has been more of the helping hand lately considering the suit upgrades and his being gone back home.

believe it or not, this guy is pretty much the best psychotherapist out there who just doesn't want to be one in the first place. i guess i can't blame him since he's gotten into more sciency-subjects like radiation and biology, that kind of stuff. he's a good guy and despite his anxiety, he's not as jumpy as i'd like him to be. there's no fun in not being able to threaten a change in persona heart attack if a person isn't going to react at all.

i'm a fan of the way he turns into a huge, green rage beast but i'm not so much a fan of trying to get him back to normal. i haven't seen him in a long time, i've been worried about the guy since he went missing and i imagine that the woman he met while here, seirei, isn't thrilled at his disappearing act, either.

haven't seen him since he came back from having gone for a while and i'm afraid to ask him what he might or might not know about what's going on back there. he seems to usually know more than the rest of us and i'm not sure i want to be the one to ask if he's got answers or not...

aaliyah ( sorceress )

a persistent woman, kindhearted and extremely loving. she's also very forgiving and puts on a mask of pure joy: although it's bullshit. no one is quite that happy all the time and i love the woman, i'd like to think that i've come to know when she's actually happy and trying to suck it in, play it off and seem like she's thrilled to bits all the time.

i've been with her for quite a while and started a family with the woman: slow your rolls, everyone, not quite like that. we've adopted a few children and while some of them have vanished from this place, we still have two living with us and being cared for by one another.

she has a talent for potions and brews, both of which i generally don't understand but i do commend her for being able to pull them off. magic isn't my thing but it damn sure is hers. we were briefly engaged, going to have to try and see about getting to that point again.

proposed and she said yes — guess we really are in the land of disney magic if i can get someone like her to agree to marry me.

j.a.r.v.i.s. talked her into letting us come to her place on the island, taking her away and saving her from potential doom. i have had issues with her brother because of this and some unsettled bitterness toward the guy to say the least. but mia is one of the most amazing people i've ever meet, she's a brilliant girl, a huge help around the house and helping with the suit when i need it. she's my daughter: pure and simple. which means that if someone fucks with her, i fuck them up in turn.

in spite of how much i want to keep her safe, i've been a shit father to her and an even worse protector. she's died because i failed to stop things from happening thanks to the darkness and being hellbent on revenge gets me nowhere. besides, there's only so much pushing i can do before she'll step in. i don't know why she cares about that fuckhead "brother" of hers but i wish she wouldn't.

i've been trying to be better for everyone, including her.

hinami feugichi

this little girl is something altogether different from "normal," but she's become a big part of my life and the stark household. i first had a run in with her quite some time ago when i... killed retaliated against her for trying to kill aaliyah. i didn't realize it at the time but her attack on my doll was because of her needing to feed. turns out she's not quite human.

when she came back around into the darkness, she contacted me and explained things. i can't really get into detail about how much guilt i have for what i did to her back then. it was the heat of the moment: i was seeing red because of aaliyah. still, i've done what i can to try and keep her safe, protected and well cared for.

now that the misunderstanding is, somewhat, to a comprehension we get along just fine and she's come to mean a lot to me, similarly to mia. i consider her another daughter and will do what i can to keep her safe.

felicity blackdale

boss lady / chief, felicity is the woman in charge of the police department which makes her my direct boss since i work there running security. she's a good person though she works herself to death and i'm honestly waiting to just see her rotting on her desk, ready for the graveyard in halloween town one of these days. she has a take no shit kind of attitude that reminds me a great deal of pepper which is maybe why i like her so much.

we've have some brief stints of moments together that probably meant more than they should have, though, it remained to that one time and it'll never happen again. of course, i learned some nice stuff from that. she's lucky i'm not into blackmail.

i'd been trying to press her and rogers together, with hayward's help, but i'm not really sure i'm so keenly interested in doing that anymore. maybe someone ought to tell her about her so called law abiding boytoy. jk. i guess her abandoned her, too. stand up guy, that rogers.

doctor fuckface is a cunt and that's about all one needs to know about this miserable, sad sack of a human being. he's a literal piece of shit and i couldn't care less about anything that happens to him. in fact, the more horrible stuff that happens to the guy: the better. he deserves to be wrought with the same type of pain, misery and despair that he bestows onto others. he's what i consider a waste of skin and honestly, i hope someone manages to find a way to permanently end him. her name is insane, so, nora it is. she's an interesting sort of species that is capable of going back and forth from being a dragon to a drackin. i gather "drackin" is what they call themselves within humanoid form, but, that might just be their race altogether. i love this girl and her enthusiasm for all things tech, mech and inventive.

she had vanished for a time which was a bummer, luckily, she's returned. i haven't actually seen her since i came back, myself, but i imagine she's been keeping herself rather busy. she always seems to have the creative juices going and i rather like hearing about her ideas in detail.

she's a passionate, loyal person and i'm glad to call her a friend.

i gather that despite the rage his kid instills in me, aaliyah is still close to the guy, piece of shit that he is. i know i'm supposed to be mature and not be pissed off at the people my wife fiancée girlfriend chooses to be friends with, but there comes a time when a line is drawn. especially when it's someone who holds no regard for us being together.

either way, he can attempt all he wants: she's still mine. better off without dealing with his unhappy ass. glad he's gone. really am. although the idea of sending him a wedding invite just to be a dick would have been really nice.

i'm still not sure what i did to piss this kid off, maybe something in another lifetime. seems like just existing is enough to make him hate people so i guess he's one of those who just want humanity to run its course so he can be alone or something, i don't know. he tends to get along with mia on some days of the week, hard to tell which day he'll not be an asshat. he's literally only tolerated because mia seems to care about him.

a good guy and a friend. he was there when i needed him back when i still had the reactor in my chest — definitely glad that they went to him to get some help after the palladium went to shit. previously a supplier of mythril which had powered the upgraded version of the reactor built here: not needed anymore. i suppose i haven't talked to him in a while because of it not being something i need anymore. doesn't mean the friendship should end though.

this guy is the epitome of a creep to be one hundred percent honest but somehow strangely likable at the same time. apparently, though, he's some kind of surgeon or doctor and i had thought to use him in order to get the damn reactor out of my chest. the plans were in the works, even. but after getting ripped through the darkness and coming back without it, i suppose there's no reason to get it done anymore. i promised the guy a hefty pay, though. i might have to keep good on that word since it's not his damn fault the darkness swept me up.

fucking drackin names are too long. going by lady, i know her via nora. she's a very close friend of nora's if you get the meaning, wink wink, nudge nudge and she's really very kind. damned kind in my book at the very least. i think i'd like to try talking to her more often since i haven't gotten to know her quite as well as nora. she's not quite as inventive or tech savvy but that isn't a reason to avoid her.

just a girl who wants to go on a date with her school dean, and why not? i figured i'd help the kid out by paying for it because why not let the girl live the life of fantasy for a little while? here's to hoping that it went well enough for them. i don't mind wasting the money but if the dean didn't show up then he's a real jerk. she seemed nice enough, bubbly and excitable which i think is the norm for teenagers.

ray's a good guy with a good head on his shoulders. he seems to be fond of mia, which i can be okay with, really. he has a good mind for mech and tech, and i can hold a conversation with him that doesn't make me want to groan and weep for humanity. something i feel like is necessary at this time in my life. just don't talk to him when he's acting like a mad hatter.

not super sure who the hell this woman is, really, never got her name — just got that she has a stick up her ass. met her randomly when she broke into my facility when it was here, briefly, and got pissy when I asked her to leave a high security facility??? some people can be really fuckin' snooty when people ask them to get out of their private property, i guess. "rude" was right though, i am that. she seemed to be looking for aly — i should probably ask doll if she knows some big tittied prude.

after speaking with her again, she seems alright. still not sure i completely understand the snoot behind being asked to leave my facility but it hardly matters since it's not here anymore, anyway. she seemed to know about the wedding. i have to wonder if aaliyah told her about it? maybe it's some freaky as shit powers. not sure. magic users are always a bit confusing for this tech lover.

i don't know, this kid was one of the people that turned up in my facility. he seemed interesting, well skilled in combat and he could take sarcasm like a champ. i think i might have liked this kid?? that almost never happens, what's going on here... i should try to get to know him better, i suppose. seems the logical course of action although that would take me being less of a hermit. talk about a catch-22.

not really all that super familiar with her. she seemed to know banner, i guess he works with her. she happened upon me when i was singing when i wasn't in being myself. it's better not to talk about it. anyway, there was an invitation for a drink to get to know one another. seemed like a good idea at the time. i'll have to ask bruce about her to get some more information. she seems normal enough; witty and full of sass. it doesn't get much better than that, honestly. at least i know she has a sense of humour.

how could i have possibly run into two people among these worlds that both go by the name of frankenstein? you're more popular that you'd ever thought you'd be, mary shelley. anyway, he's the dean to the destiny islands school and he seems to have something akin to a stick up his ass from what i can tell. he's the one i helped minako get a date with. in the end, i tried to play the educator card in reversal to him because he was trying to be a teacher to her about it. why not just teach her what it's like to go on a date with a gentleman and be done with it? it's not criminal to take part in a charity ( i assume it's charity ) auction. pretty much just feel like he might need to look into chill pills...

admittedly, she's a hot new member of the ipd. i might be engaged but i'm not blind. she's also pretty sassy and easy to joke with — it's nice to have someone who isn't damned lame on the team. the woman isn't exactly no nonsense like the boss, sure, but she's capable and able; willing to do the shit that needs to be done. actually, i think her and aaliyah would get along real nicely but there haven't been any kind of introductions made. it's not like we hang out on our downtime or anything like that. i'm not sure that either one of us get out all that much.

initial meeting was pretty ... interesting. she needed help and i was available. i have some ... concerns about her inner workings and the way she's been setup by this so-called "father" who built her, but, there's not really much i can do about it. i wasn't sure if i wanted to alert her to what i found or not because if she knew, well. that just makes fucking worse, doesn't it?

she's an amusing woman, though. haven't known her all that long but i've got that need to tend to her when needed. man, this whole going soft shit is kind of bull, isn't it?

honestly, the initial contact didn't go well. first of all, he's a bit too far up this kaiba douchecanoe's asshole to take a goddamn joke and secondly, he had the audacity to push the mia button. it's hard to get over that kind of ire but apparently a few meetings later things are more or less ... okay. to avoid him dealing with some unnecessary radiation, i helped with a job to get some parts for something he wanted to piece together for a friend.

like most ai's, the guy's curious and basically a toddler needing his hand held when it comes to new things like, you know, emotions and human nuances. i don't mind helping out with that shit when i've got the time. he seems alright although there are times i'm tiptoeing the line of "good/bad" vibes because that curious nature of his dredges up some pretty shitty memories.
